The Calhan Police Department will release records in accordance with all applicable laws. Requests will be processed within 72 hours of receiving , you may not be provided with the information within this time, however you will be contacted by a representative of the Department to advise you of any issues that may arise in fulfilling the request. Requests can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. There is a charge of $1.50 per page of document.

By filling out the form below I affirm my Pecuniary Gain Affirmation Statement:

1. C.R.S. 24-72-305.5 Access to records-denial by custodian unless acknowledgement signed. Form below is my electronic agreement.
2. I understand that Colorado Law prohibit me from using records of official actions and criminal justice records and the information in such records for soliciting business for pecuniary gain.
3. I hereby affirm that the records I obtain from the Calhan Police Department shall not be used for direct solicitation of business for (monetary) pecuniary gain.
4. If the requested record is a booking photo, my electronic signature below affirms that I will not put the photo on a website or in any other publication and then require the subject of the photo to pay a fee or other exchange for pecuniary gain to have the photo removed.
