History

Founded in 1905, Fr. G. Raber built the first church in Calhan—St. Michael’s. Today we still serve as the Catholic Parish for all the ranching communities between Colorado Springs and Limon. The Parish offers an annual College Scholarship, and hosts active men’s and women’s clubs. Highlights of the year include, the Annual Bazaar, the Annual Community Yard & Craft Sale, and the Seder meal.
