Who We Are

Eastern Plains Medical Clinic is a rural health care facility that has been in Calhan since 1998. We have three Nurse Practitioners, and one Medical Doctor. We are a full-time practice specializing in family medicine as well as women’s health/maternal medicine. We offer a full time phlebotomist and have an ophthalmologist, Dr. James Lee, with Colorado Eye Institute, that comes to the clinic once a month. We take most insurance plans, including Tricare, Medicaid and Medicare. We are continually accepting new patients.
