Updates about your credit card payment options January, 2022. Doxo will no longer be available as an option for credit card payments for Utility accounts. If you personally use Doxo they will send us a check instead of being a direct payment to us. This may cause delays in your payments, please adjust accordingly. We are changing to a payment method that will link directly to your utility account by using your account number which will allow you to see your account balance. The new link is The Payment Group (TPG):
You can begin using it now to make payments, but the full integration is still in process; therefore, real time account amounts are not available yet. As soon as they are we will let you know. Municipay will still be available for payment of other services like fines, building permits, business license, dog tags, and so on. As of right now Municipay is still available for utilities. Once full integration becomes available we will remove Municipay as a utility payment option. If you have any questions, please contact the town office.
Please also note that late fees will begin being applied to delinquent and late payments starting January 2022. Payments are due by the 20th of every month and must be paid on or before the 20th to be considered on time. If you are sending payment by mail or scheduling your payment through a payment service it must be done before the 20th to ensure we receive it by the 20th. Allow for plenty of time to avoid late fees being applied to your account.
